My responsibilities were;
• Receive applications for employment; maintain candidate’s data in recruitment database.
• Assist HR Officer with translation of candidates CV credentials.
• To assist in the preparation of the offer letter, job contracts and any other documents in regards of recruitment.
• Making personal files and filing of HR documents on regular basis & maintain record in both soft and hard forms.
• Assist new staff member with induction.
• Support the HR Officer in maintaining a roster of qualified applications and review interview records to ensure all qualified applicants are included, and search for candidates upon request.
• Maintain and update timesheets and leave record with proper filing; share the updated timesheets and leave status report with HR officer.
• Assists HR officer in preparing and processing the different payments (intern stipend, insurance premium payment and any other payments).
• Prepare new ID cards for new staff.
• Assists in processing insurance registration and medical claims documents and ensure that all the claims are scanned and filed before sending the original copies to Insurances Company.
• Receive and update the staff lists from bases and pass them to HR Officer.
• Assists in process leaving staff clearances to HR officer.
• Any other task assigned by base HR
Being “Human Resource Volunteer ” My responsibilities are;
• Collect appropriate documents from new hires: CV, signed contract, signed job description, contact information, etc.
• Collect expatriates documents accordantly with HR Officer Orientation.
• .Responsible for scheduling of candidates for interview.
• Coordination with the respective department and documentation of the whole hiring procedure including making of orientation kit.
• Conducting telephonic interviews for screening of candidates.
• Handling of all the recruitment data and scheduling sheets in Soft form and File Management.
• To make sure all expats time sheets are prepared and send on time to immediate supervisor
• Maintain & Update Leave Records.
• Handling all the queries of the employees related to, leaves, attendance etc.
• Assist in the preparation of IRC ID Cards.
• To provide support in filing of backlog documents into respective files.
• Support in preparation of files for new hires: tagging them & placing them in proper order in the cabinets.
• Provide support in copying, scanning and faxing of documents as and when required
• Ensure entire confidentiality of staff records and any information.
• Scanning of personal files and archiving
• Any other task assigned by the HR Staff.
