• Maintain Reports of Pledge sites related to different major banks of Pakistan.
• Drafting emails, letters, memos and maintaining the accounts of customers related to different major banks
of Pakistan. Records of employees, deployed at various regions of Pakistan. Keeping a close Liaison with the
Regional Office across Pakistan.
• Communicate with Regional Head offices and CAD (Credit Administration Department) of different banks
regarding information of Pledge sites and email the concerned bank if any issues arise during the inspection
or taking over of the pledge site.
• Provide desk side support for software hardware issues, including handling of IT Team.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports (financial & administrative). Submit and reconcile
expense reports
• Execute, collect and create stock reports of pledge sites of all the major banks of Pakistan.
• Documentation & filing of Schedule reports & Computerized Database management.
• Dealing with clearing forwarding agents in order to look after the position of consignments, correspond with
all customer / borrower and bank official through email or letters, rectify all lapses if occurred, caring IT
department and keep it up to date, enable the administration to run smoothly.
• Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
• Preparing regular financial and administrative reports.
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
• Answer queries by employees and clients.
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
• Draft Letters to Clients, Banks & other Institutional bodies related to the company.
• Maintaining computer records, daily & monthly sales summary, expense records, yearly distribution summary, and Inspection of POS Sale System.
