Prepared and conducted RFQs, RFPs, Negotiation memos, justification memos, receipt of quotations, bids or proposals, their evaluation (including cost evaluation), reference check of vendors, negotiation of certain conditions of contracts in full compliance with USAID rules and regulations, procurement strategies, and processes.
2. Generated Purchase Orders and Draft Subcontracts, and maintain filing and trackers highlighting the cumulative value issued per vendor, and in case value exceeds, review thresholds.
