Managing Sales Retail Operations for Royal Tag, Ensuring 100% Compliance on International Retail standards. Defining SOPs in fields of General Operations, stocks, hiring, training and development of employees, growth of employees and to overview Business Management of all Retail Outlets. Strategic planning and business expansion. Sales forecasts, target projections and rout plan to achieve the objective. Develop the Retail Calendar to achieve sales target as well as to promote brand, Hire, train and retain the manpower, placement of products and presentation, Maintaining thematic Branding, in store/outdoor in the outlet premises along with the mass Managing, supply chain and front force. Cost effective through inventory flow Plan and Execute the major campaigns throughout the year which gives extra mileage to the business and consumers, Customer services management. Ensure implementation of SOPs in stores. Being part of management committee, Running test trials on new products and evaluating the needs and wants of the customers. As an additional responsibility, also provided the back end support and looked after the product development.
Ensure the Store operations according to the Company Standards & SOPs.
Unleash the Store/ Region LFL Sales Growth at least 20% from Last year.
Assigns Sales Targets to Stores team& make action plan for achieving desire results.
Driving Operational & Visual Standards in Stores/ Region wise.
Maintaining the 30% LFL growth region wise and 20 % YTD Region wise.
Monitoring and reviewing Region sales & Operational Performance on Daily/Monthly& quarterly Basis.

I was working as AREA SALES MANAGER at HUSH PUPPIES INTERNATIONAL for Lahore & South Region. Cities include Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, and Quetta. I was taking care all operations of assigned company operated Stores, worked for operations managements, Sales Targets, Sales Forecasting, ,Replenishments of Stocks region wise, Set the Region Targets and made challenging map for achieve the optimum results with handsome Sales growth. Almost 20 stores were being taking care nationwide with smooth operations and reasonable LFL Sales Growth.
