Carry out, individually or in group, basic counselling and/or educational sessions, to patients, their families, hospital staff and/or the community
Refer patients when necessary to other specialists or external actors in order to provide the best available support
Collect and report specific information related to the target group
 Keep files and statistics updated about the counseling and/or educational activities
Give testimonies to patients and in the community on own experiences as a patient

Additional Assignment for Flood Response:Support & facilitate medical emergency team for organization & arrangement of champs.
Aware & counsel patients on personal hygiene, preventive measures for protection from viral or water born diseases.
Arrange & organize community meetings for availing medical treatment provided by MSF,
Ensure that each patients receives health awareness sessions & key messages are properly delivered & understood.
Assist medical team for registration of beneficiaries for smoothly process of medical care & treatment.

Project Women Economic Empoverment WEE


Acquire basic training in community mobilization, data collection, assessing potential  Women eligible for acquiring CNICs currently or within one year.
Identify targeted women by mobilizing communities on the benefits of CNICs in collaboration with local leaders and key informers and facilitate women in CNIC registration
Prepare list of women who are eligible or likely to be eligible over about one year attaining the age of CNIC registration and coordinate with NADRA /arrange Mobile Van as and when needed.
Develop linkages among ECP, NADRA, local organizations, local governments and other stakeholders and assist  Zonal manager in the process of CNIC registration.
