With over nine years of experience in the HR field, I have developed strong skills in full cycle HR process. I have created targeted outreach programs to attract the best talent and meet the hiring needs of all departments, as well as user-friendly forms and questionnaires to streamline the application and interviewing process. I have also managed staff schedules, attendance, and grievances, and ensured the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Additionally, As the HR Manager I lead the staffing process, compensation strategy, performance management, and employee relations for over 100 employees. I have successfully established the HR department from scratch and implemented all the people processes, systems, policies, and procedures in alignment with the company's vision and values.
