☆ To prepare yearly Capital Investment/Expenditure Plan with quarterly phasing of Cash Flows and Capitalization.

☆ To develop robust Cost Breakdown Structures via Earned Value Management.

☆ Preparation & presentation of Project Dashboards. Establishing project monitoring and controls system for seamless transfer of information to all concerned. Periodic schedule updates and providing look-ahead schedules to project team using Primavera 6.

☆ To Study contract documents and prepare Office Notes regarding Letter of Intents & Bill Payments for Contractors and vendors for Construction and renovation Projects.

☆ Worked for the development and implementation of MIS and Project based reports i.e. Cumulative Cash Flow (S-curve) and Earned value Management Reports in liaison with the IT team.

☆ Worked in liaison with IT team for the development and implementation of Process Flow (using Project Web App-MS Project) for Construction, Renovation and Maintenance projects.

Responsible for the timely, safe & cost effective preparation and execution of Project Plan during the life cycle of a project from conception till customer satisfaction.
Preparing plans for the entire project on Primavera 6.
Preparing Bill of Materials as per requirement of design & documentation for procurement services and materials on ERP Software e.g. work orders etc.
