I have completed Honors in Social Science (Economics) with MS office short course of Computer. Besides this I have 8 years’ experience mobilization, Coordination, writing and reporting , field planning and Monitoring and Management in the development sector with Social Organizations. My achievements are conducted 25 seminars on Education also on Health, success of education projects. Currently working as a Officer, Education Program with Johi Organization for Rural Development and Natural Disaster (JORDAN)
For 6 years, successfully implemented the whole program, covering 9 primary schools, 3 Elementary and one High school with the staff of about 100 teachers and 3000 students from diverse locations and cultures.
Formulated the whole education program; prepared proposal and successfully got it.
Planned and implemented the school infrastructure scheme.
Personal efforts brought 200 out of school girls in the High school.
Conducted Students Assessment Tests every fortnight.
Communicated with office administration, SEF administration (at both Dadu office as well as Head Office Karachi), teachers, parents and communities. Kept direct contact with all the staff, and parents of about 1,400 students

· To connect, engage and sensitize local communities and target participants about program activities and ensure their participation in the project.
· To ensure that the project participants are aware of the COVID-19 preventive measures and guidelines as defined under the project.
To coordinate with local community and program team for identification of potential households for cash distribution as per pre-determined criteria.
To coordinate with local community for finalization of participants, communication about cash component and engage in cash transfer activities.
