In my role, I efficiently managed area-wise delivery plans to optimize route and order management. I implemented a system to scan and organize delivery-related documents online, improving document accessibility. My responsibilities included overseeing petty cash management for fuel, operational payments, and vendor expenses. I effectively coordinated and managed 3rd party logistics activities, ensuring timely payments. Additionally, I handled staff attendance both manually and online. I played a key role in resolving invoice reconciliation issues in collaboration with sales and delivery teams. Before creating invoices, I aligned in-stock items and addressed replenishment issues. For return items, I managed entries both manually and through the online system. To ensure accurate invoicing and delivery, I verified and updated material prices daily. I maintained records of received cheques, scanned documents, and submitted them to banks, contributing to a streamlined financial process. 

In my role, I successfully oversaw the delivery and inventory of finished goods, prioritizing customer requirements. I collaborated closely with the production department to ensure timely customer order replenishment. Additionally, I redesigned the business process flow for return and repair stock, enhancing efficiency. My responsibilities extended to managing logistics, encompassing both third-party logistics (3PL) and company-maintained operations for finished goods delivery. Leading the supply chain team for warehouse and procurement, I provided training to ensure they met key performance indicators (KPIs). Furthermore, I implemented a system for managing Delivery Challans, streamlined procurement planning. 

In my role, I managed local procurement of vehicle parts, ensuring authentication of spare parts demand and swift communication with various vendors. Utilizing an Oracle-based Fleet Management System, I maintained a timely billing procedure with vendors on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. I played a crucial role in the creation of purchase requisitions for different items, conducting comparative analysis and expediting the PR for purchase orders post-approval from higher management. Timely delivery of vehicles to their designated locations was a key priority. Responsibilities extended to overseeing expense data and ensuring the prompt update of vehicle-wise daily information using the Fleet Management System (FMS). I strategically planned for the timely availability of spare parts from the market, contributing to the smooth execution of operations. I took charge of workshop requirements, addressing queries and issues, while also keeping track of current stock and updating it regularly for efficient vehicle operations. Additionally, I managed the salaries of workshop and fleet store staff and conducted training sessions for their professional development.

In my role, I directly coordinated with all tier customers, delivering comprehensive reporting and analysis related to the fleet. Ensuring the punctual delivery of vehicles to their designated locations was a top priority. Responsibilities included overseeing expense data and ensuring the timely update of vehicle wise daily information through the Fleet Management System (FMS). I managed loading and offloading issues and queries, ensuring fulfillment of requirements for corporate customers. Conducting vehicle inspections before and after assigned route visits, I addressed on-route drivers and vehicles issues to ensure the smooth execution of operations. Closely monitoring on-route activities using Tracker Services, I maintained a vigilant approach to enhance overall operational efficiency.
