Working on a Randomized Control Trial that aims to quantify the impact of social norms on women’s participation and whether a simple intervention can improve female labor force participation. My role is to interact with our team at Duke University regarding analysis of the overall program. Furthermore, automate data analysis and reporting using Stata, develop visualizations, questionnaire design, SurveyCTO coding, and perform analysis for the program team and Principal Investigators.

Quantitative analysis school data in Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa (KPK). This data was collected by Elementary & Secondary Education Department (ESED) in KPK.

Analysis of program trainees based on their employment type, transitions and determining whether trainee’s current employment matched their training course through fuzzy matching of text. Also, graphed visuals for their report and presentation through STATA and Excel.

Working with Dr. Qaisar Khan from School of Education at LUMS on an educational based causal study attempting to quantify the link between fertility and educational attainment of Pakistani families. Research goes on to verify whether educational attainment in a developing country accounting for gender disparity is similar as compared to famous literature focused towards developed countries.

• A sample of 7297 Observations from a total trainee population of 127,161 individuals.

• Further, these non-response adjustments were calibrated by using post-stratification.

Research is for the purpose of legislative changes and improvement of law.Assisted in the CPA Modern Slavery Workshop Asia-Pacific Region (2017) where I drafted measure for how parliamentarians can help solve concerns regarding Pakistan.Assisted in Drafting Anti-Human Trafficking Bill with PIPS (Pakistan Institute of Parliamentarian Services) to be presented at National Assembly from MNA Zeb Jaffar.
