o Assist top management with financial duties regarding import processes in an effective and responsible way as well as the daily running processes of the unit.
o Manage import responsibilities according to set deadlines

o Negotiate with suppliers and respective people relating to price quotations.
Accountant
o Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
o Recording all cash activity on a daily basis.
o Implementation of ERP modules including General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivables, Cash Management.
o Prepare payroll module.
o Maintain the Day book.
o Handling and writing cheques , receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
o Monthly / quarterly management accounts preparation.
