Responsible for monitoring routine O&M activities done by contractor and ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
Scheduled/Unscheduled maintenance activities by planning in order to ensure minimum downtime and generation loss.
Assist CRO(s) to ensure compliance of CPPA SOPs for commercial operation/dispatch instructions.
Evaluate the performance of the technical team members on a yearly basis and provide necessary recommendations & guidance.
Plan & ensure availability of critical spare parts in the client inventory.
Ensure compliance of NPCC, RCC, NTDC, CPPA, EPA, O&M and EHS SOPs.
Plan & schedule all preventive, corrective and routine inspection/maintenance activities as per the weather forecast and wind speed.
Ensure Power performance of WTGs by relative power curve analysis of WTGs to observe de- rating / performance of WTGs during high temperature season & after blade cleaning.
Implemented WTGs frequent alarms / warning alarms analysis & temperature trend Analysis of major components, from which the observations are being highlighted to contractor for preventive/predictive maintenance to ensure maximum availability.
Conduct regular safety walks and ensure all activities carried out by the contractor on SITE are completed in a safe & acceptable manner i.e. compliance of HSE SOPs / Policies.
Understanding and maintaining an up-to-date awareness of HSE policies regarding Permit To Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Job card & Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO).
Participate  in  the  safety  talks,  safety  sessions  &  mock  drills  for  awareness.
