Plan & schedule all preventive, corrective and routine inspection/maintenance activities as per the weather forecast and wind speed.
Ensure Power performance of WTGs by relative power curve analysis of WTGs to observe de- rating / performance of WTGs during high temperature season & after blade cleaning.
Implemented WTGs frequent alarms / warning alarms analysis & temperature trend Analysis of major components, from which the observations are being highlighted to contractor for preventive/predictive maintenance to ensure maximum availability.
Conduct regular safety walks and ensure all activities carried out by the contractor on SITE are completed in a safe & acceptable manner i.e. compliance of HSE SOPs / Policies.
Understanding and maintaining an up-to-date awareness of HSE policies regarding Permit To Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Job card & Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO).
Participate  in  the  safety  talks,  safety  sessions  &  mock  drills  for  awareness.
