My Experience in HSE has broadened my understanding and enhanced my skills in Betterment and improvement HSE Culture of Company as well as developing risk mitigating methods. Assist the leadership team to develop, manage and monitor the QHSE performance of the company. Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues and concerns to ensure Company compliance with statutory requirements, Company and contractual requirements and good industry practice. Liaise with Customers and Supply Chain, regarding QHSE matters, ensuring their expectations are met. Responsible for Company’s QHSE processes and procedures to ensure the Company maintains its accreditations (ISO9001-2015, ISO14001-2015, OHAS18001-2007) to the required level Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identifying and assisting implementing improvements Manage and monitor emergency procedures, signage, PPE, COSHH control etc. Report on Company’s QHSE performance to the leadership team and statutory authorities as/when required. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Conduct QHSE training courses using internal and external resources when required. Maintain awareness of evolving industry QHSE regulations and best practice and how they could be applied to the Company’s operations. Act as Subject Matter Expert for QHSE matters.
Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.

To conduct regular inspection on Daily basis for identification of potential hazards and monitor all activities such as manual handling, production & plant
To carryout firefighting training & drill as per company plan
To carryout job safety analysis (JSA) of contract work including installation, construction, repairing & maintenance activities
Conduct tool box talk and shop floor trainings as per company schedule.
To implementation of (PTW) system and monitoring the all activities strictly followed at site.
Ensuring Safety while working at higher elevations, heavy erection jobs, Safe use of plant Equipment, welding activities and Electrical Safety.
Implement and follow up of (LOTO) lockout & tag-out procedure during maintenance of plant and equipment to prevent from unexpected events.
Prepare minutes of HSE meeting and circulate to all the participants. Follow up with minutes and points discussed in the meeting are closed out as agreed.
Implement & maintain (SOP) safe operating practices and procedures that meet company guidelines and ISO standards.
To Create and Maintain a high level of accident prevention awareness among the workforce
To ensure usage of proper and appropriate PPE’s personal protective equipment at all times as per company policy.
Make H.S.E reports (daily, monthly, and quarterly) to both concerned departments and HSE Manger.
Promote health and safety within the organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working.
Application of programs to remove the hazards from the work place and to correct unsafe work practices.
Inspect and test machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety regulations
Make sure that personal protective equipment is being used in workplaces according to regulations
Make sure that dangerous materials are correctly stored
Identify and test work areas for potential accident and health hazards and implement appropriate control measures
Make sure that the organization is aware of, and complies with, all legislation in relation to the use of its plant, equipment and substances, as well as in all workplace activities

Conduct training sessions for management, supervisors and workers on health and safety practices and legislation
Communicate frequently with management to report on the status of the health and safety program
Recommends or demands necessary action or procedural changes to correct areas not in compliance with regulations.
Acts in an advisory capacity on all matters pertaining to health and safety for the guidance of the employer and the workers.
