I am a career generalist with varying experience in many fields. My aim is to use my skills and potential to assist an organization in achieving its goals which seeking long term career with optimum growth. This objective would be supported by my qualification, in addition to the Engineering / IT /management of sales and distribution experience.
I joined Kinetic as a Business Development Coordinator without a clear description regarding my role at the organization. However, I was able to deliver instant value by utilizing my engineering knowledge and marketing acumen to come up with innovative OOH campaigns and advertising solutions that proved to be very fruitful for the organization. My role required me to stay updated with innovation that was happening in the Outdoor advertisement industry and coordinating locally and globally to customize them for our client base.
Based on my performance, within 4 months I was given the role of Key Account Manager for one of our major FMCG clients where I was responsible for attending client briefs, producing internal briefs, aligning creative brain storming, de-briefing the planning team, optimizing plans as per client requirement, following up internally and externally for deliverables. I worked as KAM for 12 months after which my role was re-defined.
My new role required me to attend all client briefs and come up with innovative/creative solutions for their requirements. I also support client facing teams in understanding technology based solutions and come up with initiatives to improve innovation at the organization.
