Manage Procurement & Supply Chain department from Sourcing to Purchase Order management, 3PL Fulfillment Centers, online sales channels to vendor management.
Responsible to manage AMAZON, WALMART & STAPLES inter-company’s Sale & Purchase of USA, Canada & UK Region.
To Analyze the data of all inter-company’s orders and generate demand accordingly.
Liaison with East & West Coast (USA) 3PL warehouses and freight forwarders to ensure the SC operations in timely manners.
To handle local and International shipments along with Broker & Freight forwarder.
Keeping track of IN / OUT bound shipments and coordinate warehouses accordingly.
Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills.
To monitor Vendor / Brand Matrix report for tons of Beauty & Cosmetic Brands with consideration of Cost, MOQ & Lead time.
Strong analytical and data manipulation skills. Proficient use of Microsoft office applications (Prefer Advanced Excel skills).
Generate offers to US, Europe & Hong Kong market customers based on their preferences.
Help IT to design and develop an Auto run process to meet changes in data reporting & analysis.
Reporting to GM & Director to keep them informed about the business situation.
Monitor every aspect of SC operation to ensure effectiveness & accuracy with proper fashion.

Monitor overall operations of Supply Chain & Procurement.
Prime responsibility to ensure the availability of stock at outlets and warehouse as well.
Analyze the forecast of Food & Non-Food items w.r.t to shelf life to manage supply & demand.
Collaborates with key vendors to drive improvements on key metrics, such as fill rate, lead time and out of stock for categories.
Monitor supplier’s performance to meet quality and delivery requirements also negotiate on pricing and terms.
Manage the warehouse, inventory and supplies.
Analyze inventory to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
Collaborate with other departments for Product testing and development.
Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing & receiving.
