Accountable for managing the delivery of critical projects and for providing managerial support for all
projects. Also responsible for providing monthly technical updates of any known issues or risks to senior
managers. Responsible for costing, estimation and planning, Preparing Project documentation,
Maintaining and completing KPIs, Writing Project Progress reports, Tracking services against Project
Plans (Checklists). Working in a team environment and coordinating between multiple internal
departments to ensure smooth ongoing of projects till completion therefore I have to work with other
departments involved in PCB designing (Mechanical Library Development Section, Routing and
Placement Section, Computer Aided Manufacturing Section, Material Team), Simulation (Signal
Integrity, Power Integrity, Thermal Analysis) and Firmware.

Areas Of Expertise Quoting project hours on technical basis, Designing and developing
schematics using schematic capture tools, Training and mentoring of new hired engineers,
Coordination/meetings with customers for smooth starting up of projects, Designing products based
on high speed FPGAs/ASICs, Component selection and recommendation as per design requirement,
Developing functional block diagrams, Carrying out power calculations and estimations, Netlist
troubleshooting, Running design checklists and verification processes, Developing design related
documentation, Driving and providing logical input to mechanical team.
