Providing support to Teams for operations and maintenance of BSS Network elements including competence transfer to customers operations teams for local and remote operations and maintenance tasks
Improving and maintaining Customer Satisfaction Level.
Improving and controlling Maintenance KPIs.
Take measures with product team leader to maintain stability of the network.
Cooperation with MS department to supervise implementation of the managed service.

• Responsible for the BSS/Transmission Network KPI Monitoring and Analysis.
• Responsible for the BSS/Transmission Network Performance preventive maintenance.
• 1st line support to Field teams for BSS & Transmission issues,
• Network Performance Reporting and analysis.
• Responsible for the All Field Operations- Teleco & Non Teleco
Maintain Network Availability as per SLA
• Responsible for the DG/AC/Power Maintenance
• Installation, Integration and configuration of TXN AMM2p, AMM6p and AMM20p using Minilink craft.
• Up gradation of TXN AMM2p, AMM6p and AMM20p using Minilink Craft.
• Installation and integration of RBS6101, 6201, 6301 and 6102 using OMT (R52L).
• Creating and loading IDB for RBS 6101, 6201, 6301 and 6102 using OMT(R52L).
• Installation Of Emerson/Delta rectifiers and their alarms.
• Supervising of teams and aligning the work according to given time.
• Commissioning Ericsson RBS 6000 Series (2G,3G)
