• Responsible to maintained C.V Data bank and conduct interviews for hiring.
• Prepare & issue appointments, confirmation, experience and bank account opening letters.
• Responsible and prepare Final Settlements and clearance matters.
• Maintain personnel files and employee database.
• Responsible to provide necessary information to the employees regarding company policies.
• Developing and implementing policies, according to requirements.
• Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
• Prepare monthly attendance, overtime; maintains leave and CPL records and holiday allowance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies.
• Handling employee grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
• Responsible for open staff bank accounts.
• Responsible to Activate and Blocked Staff Communication Sims.
Key Responsibilities
o Maintain the HR Data Files
o Prepare employee file with all relevant documentation
o Digitize files of current and previous employees
o Provide files for audit/ usage as approved by the manager
o Ensure files are not accessible to anyone else
o Provide assistance to others team members in HR department wherever necessary
