 Responsible for ATM Cash Replenishing and feeding in System.

 Responsible for Cheque Book Activation and Cheque Book Issuance for Customers.
 Responsible for delivering highest standards of Customers Services to Customers and to resolve their Problems and Queries in a timely Manner.

 Responsible for Handling of Foreign Remittances of the Customers.

 Responsible for Making Pay Orders / Demand Drafts.

 Responsible for Online Transactions.

 Responsible for processing of Transactions in all areas of Branch Operations from the Teller Window.

• Inward and outward clearing.

• Cheque book issuance/ activation.

• Account opening for customers.

• Support CS Manager with the day to day administration of branch operations.

• Process customer transactions from the teller window.
Lead all control and compliance initiatives of the bank and those of the state bank in form on the bank’s self-auditing program. Attain cross sell and liabilities targets.


• Responsible to day-to-day smooth internal working of the Branch.

• Responsible for Customer services and resolves customer’s queries.

• Responsible for processing of transactions in all areas of Branch operations i.e.

• Opening of all customer accounts in the branch after completion of all formalities as required by the Bank and regulatory / Authorities.
