• In coordination with the Country HR Manager and Store General Manager, develop and implement HR and People Development strategies, objectives and processes. Facilitate their implementation through line management.
• Managing total head count of 500 employees including 300 permanent employees.
• Responsible of Employee Relations acts and all disciplinary actions in compliance with local labour law.
• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Provide direction and guidance to Line Management and HR Division to ensure implementation and maintenance of sound HR Policies and procedures.
• Revise and implement HR planning, recruitment, succession planning and retention strategies.
• Responsibility for Training and development, remuneration, performance and People management.
• Supervise Payroll Management and all functions relating to the Comp & Ben.
• Implementation of HR policies and procedures and proactively supports the delivery of HR processes.
• Oversee the recruitment process including advertising, CV screening and interviewing and short listing.
Employee Relations / Admin :
• Proactively resolve disputes with employees, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relation authorities and any other relevant agencies.
• Maintaining discipline in the territory including investigations, warnings, charge sheets, domestic enquiries, etc. within the legal provisions and company policies.
• Ensure compliance of regulatory requirements to avoid future claims against short payment of SESSI, EOBI and Education Cess.
• Facilitate workers in processing their claims / benefits from Insurance /EOBI / ESSI, Welfare board, Labor Department and others.
• Coordinate with local vendor for maintenance of pool vehicles / executive vehicles and supervises Fleet Admin personnel for vehicles maintenance. Civil repair & maintenance of admin block, plant & sales centers.
• SAP usage for approving Purchase Requisitions.
• Responsible for lodging FIR in consultation with Corporate Legal / accompany local legal advisor / advocate in matters such as theft, robbery, dacoity etc.
• Assist HR Business Leader in IMCR Management at territory
Talent Acquisition:
• Process HR requisitions for open positions as per BP.
• Prepare IJP to fill in the vacant positions and initiate change forms for transfer cases as and when required.
• Recruitment & selections process i.e. (CV’s Collection from portal etc. short listing, pre-employment test, arranging and conducting interviews and reference check) as per company policy.
• Responsible for proper joining of new employees and conduct orientation programs.
Organizational Development:
• To take overall responsibility for the development, implementation and evaluation of organizational development strategies and policies to deliver continuous improvement through culture change and workforce development.
• Analyse and identify training needs of employees in the territory through executing ‘Performance Management Plan’
• Evaluate learning and development programs to ensure that they are consistent with CCBPL’s overall strategy
