Roles and Responsibilities as Cabin Manager / Leading Cabin Crew.
Conduct pre-flight briefings, discuss safety emergency procedures in case of evacuation required & assign duties and responsibilities to the cabin crew. Responsible for implementation of Grooming Standards of the Cabin Crew representing the image of Airline in accordance with the company policy and quality standards. Responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers and perform routine safety checks before take-off. Coordinate with Cockpit Crew, Cabin Crew and Ground personel. Make sure that the aircraft's cabin is clean and organized before passengers come on board. Welcome Passengers from the moment they step on the aircraft, make them feel relaxed, safe and comfortable. Supervise in-flight services and ensure all procedures are being followed throughout the flight. Handling passengers’ complain about anything related to airline and do needful for passenger satisfaction. Dealing with difficult passengers & situations politely but firmly. Addressed all passenger feedback and complaints as well as managing unruly and difficult guests. Performance Evaluation of cabin crew, cabin seniors in all areas of service delivery and cabin safety.
