Preparation of Admin imprest and others record files up to date.
 To provide cost effective benefits and timely delivery of services to TCF staff in the best interest of Organization. Booking of TCS Courier of all departmental dispatch and heavy shipment timely.
 Maintain records and stock keeping as per Admin SOP
Achievements and responsibilities:
Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.
Target audience and generate Sales for Products.
Helping customers via the internet such as Instagram and Facebook with all Product information, complaints, and questions also, deal with customers with clear communications, handle customers patiently with keeping professionalism.
As Customer Service Representative in Marketing and Communication Department:
Capturing Appointments.
Handling patient’s / Customer Queries.
Rescheduling appointments
Take confirmation for appointment reschedule
Inform doctors instruction and their schedule timing.
Book an appointment according to Service line chief.
Inform doctors charges.
Guide patients about new advanced technology performed by doctors.
Maintaining KPIs.
