• Responsible for overall controlling and implementation of all SAP Business One modules including add-on of HR & Payroll in seven units of Siddiqsons Limited (Spinning, Denim & Knit Fabric, Garments & Washing) and also member of SAP executive steering committee.
• Major responsibilities involves managing SAP Business One HANA project within defined time, quality and cost constraints, meeting project profitability targets and monitor project risks on periodic basis.
• Managing master data, BOM, AS-IS, TO-BE, Business Blue Prints for all units, checks and control requirement, hardware procurement and installation, trainings, technical resources, configuration of system, define process owners, all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to executive team, establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.
• Held meetings with different departments to assess their demands and documented/Implement them accordingly.
• Convey and report project status to steering committee, project owner, global business partners and all other key stakeholders. Solving complex and inter-related problems at a strategic level during and after the project.
• Administrating and developed SAP customized form and reports (CR) and give first support to users after leaving of SAP consultants in resolving their queries. Following are core modules.
