Human Resource Management:
Managing personnel’s individual and collective development, such as training, assessment and promotions
Coordinate & Assist the management in developing and preparing HR Policies and Procedures.
Coordinate & Assist the management in over all process of Recruitment, Selection, Promotions, Transfers process
Conducting interviews (Appraisal interview, Exit interview and Selection interview)
Prepare and assist in reviewing Job Descriptions.
Employment Contracts
Compensation & benefit managment: Overseeing the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks, such as holiday management, sick leave, replacement jobs and wage payments.
General Administration:
Manage General office management issues
Coordinating with Finance Department for various Reimbursements, bill summaries etc.
Supervise of monthly Salaries attendance sheets etc.
Discipline and Grievances:
Issuing and maintaining Announcements, Notices, Inter-office Memos, letters.
Event Management: (seminars, workshops, book launches, meetings, Press release and presentations etc.)
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
