marketing material as per the requirement. Supervise the inscription of external
communications with donors including fundraising emails, donor reports,
brochures and other materials.
Formation of a team to market the organization’s work which can enhance the
corporate image of Al-Huda’s Social Welfare Projects using diverse media.
Preparation of procedures & policies, job descriptions, key performance
indicators & set standards for monitoring the performance of all the staff of Social
Welfare Department.
Establish the reporting system & ensure the timely submission of project summary
to the Head Office, Islamabad. Ensure the compilation of statistics for annual,
half-yearly, quarterly & monthly reports.
To review the execution of each project & highlight the findings to the
management.
Preparation of annual time table of all the projects.
To maintain a strong relationship with the donors by various approaches.
•Business Development: Relationship management with different brands to develop business for a long term period as well as to market the organization. •Strategic Planning: Developing extensive brand vision, objectives, strategies and tactics for a client to provide maximum strategic brand marketing. •Brand Management: Leading brand opportunities, guiding across different channels and geographic areas to ensure consistency. •Consumer Communication: Leading the development of strategically aligned and integrated communication campaigns. •Project Management: Execution of the set project/activity with responsibility for providing clear and detailed working for the client.
Generating the potential new leads having certain criteria set by the organization to provide the exclusive services in the premises as well as on other places.
Maintaining the relationship with premium customers for the potential business for the bank resolving the issues by understanding the needs of the customer.
Increasing the relationships with the existing clients of the branch for the cross-selling of different products.
Obtaining the fresh blood new business through maximizing personal contacts. Generate potential new leads and with consistent conversion of those leads to have successful sales. Adhere to KYC policies and SBP regulations when bringing new relationships.

Update maintain all Sales MIS Calls, Prospects, New To Bank Customers, Attrition, Revenue, Sales and other key performing indicators.
Target the audience. Closing the sales. Process the Customer Loan File from Screening till Disbursal Step from the point of view of Credit Operational functions i.e. Data check, Nadra check, ECIB report and process the loan till approval or rejection stage. Identifying the discrepancies coordination with Sale Officers as well as with the customers. Preparation of Weekly Monthly reports to keep the management updated with the business circumstances.
