Key responsibilities:
1-Business and Sales Management
• Identify prospect business organizations in order to sell company business products and solutions.
• Establish and develop business organizations (prospect/current) contact list and details.
• Conduct visits to prospect business organizations and explain company business products and solutions.
• Acquire new business organization (Enterprise/SME) accounts to increase company market share
• Build strong relationship with key persons within the concerned business organizations.
• Gather and confirm business organizations requirements.
• Collect RFP’s from business organizations.
• Promote new business products for current business organizations.
• Respond to business organizations queries in a timely manner.
• Achieve specified sales targets set by Country Manager or Business Head.
• Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix.
• Perform any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct manager.
2-Staff Management and Development
• Present monthly sales operational plans and key priorities to Area Sales Force (ASF).
• Work with sales force to ensure cycle priorities objectives for the Area are met.
• Actively ensure that Area’s Sales Teams possess acceptable levels of knowledge and skills to achieve planned Sales objectives for the brands.
• Lead and direct sales teams through leadership by example & direct involvement.
• Co-ordinate, resource and manage staff training needs.
3- Profitability
• Implement pricing as per agreed Pricing Strategies after discussion with Supplier.
• Reduce impact of short expiry products on P & L.
• Maximize return on investment on trade promotions & visibility agreement with trade.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identify new markets and/or new approaches to existing markets.
• Develop and manage and business development campaigns that drive new business opportunities.
• Actively measure performance of existing agents, partners and distributors in the market, and keep regular contact and attendance with the key current customers.
• Travels to assigned sales territories and work closely with sales team to ensure that all commitments to customers and sales targets are met.

• Carry out the marketing activities to promote company image through; advertisements, catalogue printing, direct mailing, sales seminars etc.

• Ensure that all entries of Suspense/Other Asset are settled within due time.
• Responsible for expanding the credit portfolio, its monitoring and ensuring recovery targets are achieved.
2008-2010 Branch Manager
• Assessment of the training & development needs of the staff with the help of H.R. Arrange in-house training sessions for branch staff to enhance product and process knowledge.
• Ensure that all Banks applicable policies and SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) regulations/ guidelines are adhered to at the work place to avoid any audit objections and penalties.
• Support/ implement new business initiatives and generate new revenue sources for the Bank and achieve product wise allocated deposit targets.
• Provide all goals and objectives for all staff working in the branch and ensure their periodic appraisals.
• Carrying out all additional assignments given by District Manager/ Regional Business Head and Head Office.
Business Development Activities
1. Researches and finds new leads/prospects by way of cold calling, networking and other lead generating methods.
2. Analyzes customer profiles, gathers facts, listen to client needs, and provide recommendations.
3. Develops Partnerships with referral partners and manages outputs.
4. Uses online system to input and capture all data and activities relating to sales and relationship management as specified and required by management.
5. Meets individual sales targets of minimum 50 productive calls per day, 8 meetings per week and 10 signed contracts per month. Adapts when targets change/increase.
6. Completes and submits daily, weekly, monthly or any other requested reports within the time specified by line – manager.
7. Negotiate rates and terms of agreements. Amend agreements for review and create suitable proposals and presentations with minimum guidance.
8. Ensures that original contracts, Certificates of Status, registration forms and initial invoices are collected once client has signed agreement.
9. Keeps up to date with product knowledge, studies materials provided by training department as and when required.
Marketing and PR Activities
Works with Marketing and Communications Manager, covering the following areas –
1. For brand development activities
2. For participation in various exhibition, seminars, product promotions, and event to promote sales.
Coordinates with various networks such as -
3. Hotels, airlines, financial institutions, etc. to identify potential partners/leads

Co-ordinates with Client service team to ensure clients get serviced
1. Handover of signed client to CSE, introduction and brief
2. Provide Certificate of status, registration form, and initial invoices to CSE for submission
3. Follow up with CSE to ensure new client retrieval is booked and occurs
