Branch Transformation/Digitization
This position manages product lifecycle in the domain of digital financial services at FINCA including but not limited to products for digital lending, payments, deposits, etc assists that head of Products in DFS product design along with finalization of pricing, ROI identification and user journey of products Monitors product development milestones such as product sample review, UATs, and final deployment leads seamless product launch initiates product maintenance activities and engages with relevant teams for resolution of products related escalations/issues Strives for continuous improvement in DFS products. These responsibilities are carried out WITH the objective to strengthen product portfolio, capture untapped market opportunities, cater to business needs, ensure business suitability and maximize revenue WITHIN the limits of organizations policies, procedures, SOPs, SBP regulations, approvals form concerned authorities and directions/guidelines from the supervisor.
Working in Digital Banking Group to establish a new Branchless Banking platform for Allied Bank. Looking after all the products, SOPs, UATs etc. Will be launching soon this year.
Working as a Product Manager for Digital/ Branchless Banking i.e. MCB Lite.
1. Training: Training on,
• Existing and new Branchless banking products training to new and existing branch network.
• Branchless banking product training content designing for existing and new ones.
• Branchless banking training to synergy partnerships and their employees.
2. Competitor Intelligence:
• Comparative product offer analysis of different players in branchless banking industry.
• Pricing structure analysis of branchless banking players.
3. Product Development:
• Product program designing of branchless banking products.
• Process and documentation designing of branchless banking products.
• UAT of newly developed product offers of branchless banking
4. Business Intelligence:
• Branchless banking products customized MIS reporting.
• Post launch day to day monitoring of newly developed branchless banking product at branch level and agent level.
• Support function to HO Departments on customized reporting on request about branchless banking product offers and services.
• Branchless banking products and services related communication to external stakeholders.
• Designing of presentations for BOD, Strategy Meetings etc.
