Areas of Responsibility:
• Communication with MRFS’ UK office & vendors.
• Processing invoices in SAGE 50.
• Reconciling vendor statements with the data in SAGE 50 & making sure vendor are paid on time.
• Preparing different insurance & lease schedules for the company & providing manuals for them.
• Working on bank reconciliation & cashflow forecasting (AP side)
Responsibilities:
-Direct communication with our USA office, TGI FRIDAYS corporate office and different vendors.
-Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, NCR backoffice & Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
-Processing invoices in YOOZ (Accounts payable software) & ERP system Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
-Applying ACH Postings & Dummy Checks in ERP.
-Charging expenses to accounts & checking tax by analyzing invoices.
-Posting invoices in the ERP to be ready for check run and aging.
-Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
-Process and audit of Employees Expense reports.
-Assisting in month end closing.
-Timely and accurate processing of Accounts payable transactions.
-Training new employees and assisting fellow colleagues in work.
Duties Included:
- Executing Data Entry operations
