· Managing more than 1000 postpaid and prepaid connections of different cellular companies and their payments accordingly.
· Coordinate with cellular companies regarding connections of company employees.
· Process all Co. documents that are related with Govt. Excise Office, Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Station Head Quarter.
· Arrange air tickets and hotel booking according to co. policy.
· Supervise the Civil work related with renovation of factory.
· Arrange Co. vehicles and mobile sets for managerial staff as per their entitlement.
· Process medical & TA/DA bills for reimbursement as per policy.
· Work on Company vehicle insurances claim from insurance Company.
· To process Indent, voucher and CEP to complete the requirements of different departments for miscellaneous items through software system.
· To complete administrative tasks assigned by General Manager of Administration.
· To Supervise Staff Mess (Arrange Healthy / Hygienic food for staff on daily basis)
