Prepared & maintain QMS documents
Conduct Management Review Meeting
Deliver Training on all sites as per Training Matrix
Coordinate with department DCRs for resolving their issues related to QMS / EMS To make sure proper implementation of QMS/EMS
Conduct internal Audit for improving QMS / EMS System
Conduct Emergency drills as per the plan
Monitor the compliance of a safe system of work at all sites
Review reports from all sites and sets new objectives and targets for HSE after management review.
Analyze the trends of incidents/accidents and design remedial action plans as reactive Health and Safety measures
