Worked at Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Ltd. Karachi Pakistan for installation of RO Plant of capacity 200 cum/ Hr. The scope includes Civil & Mechanical construction of SS tanks, Concrete Tanks, piping, structure & equipment erection.

Produced regular, accurate and timely narrative reports while working at major repair of tanks at Pakistan Refinery Ltd.

• Applied in-depth level of analytical expertise to execute with Quality, safety compliance, within the budget in contractual time limit with the higher level of client’s satisfaction. The project were closed at 6 % more than the design margin.

Executed UCH power expansion project (404 MW combined cycle power project) at Dera Murad Jamali Balochistan PAKISTAN.
Key Accomplishments:
• Researched existing business and system processes, formulated features, and option scenarios, handled Fabrication/ erection of Storage Tanks and erection of stationary equipment including HRSG units (Heat Recovery Steam Generators).

Stellar role as Assistant Manager Mechanical, then promoted as Deputy Manager Mechanical on the basis of past track record of achievements to ensure day to day preventive, predictive & condition based maintenance management of the chemical plant. Maintained distillation columns, PHEs, process towers, coolers , pumps, conveying systems, reciprocating compressors, rotary equipment (Calciners, Vacuum engines, rotary filters), reduction gear boxes & associated Pipe Lines with the co-ordination of concerned departments to ensure timely completion of the maintenance jobs.
Key Accomplishments:
• Formulated budget for Annual Maintenance and capital requirement. Equipped with ability to plan and execute annual turnaround as well as modifications & extensions at plant. Ensured all units excellent state of repair at all times.
• Researched numerous verticals for operational planning and control maintenance shifts. Led inventory management, structure fabrication & erection, also reviewed manufacturers' service manuals and records of maintenance issues.
• Estimated the costs of personnel, parts and supplies to be used during scheduled maintenance. Determined optimum frequency of preventive maintenance. Study operation schedules and confer with other Maintenance staff.
• Planned, developed & implemented preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Reported to the DGM operations. Directly supervised a team of 124 men. Responded to repair requests and inquiries in an expeditious manner.
