Responsible for timely order placement, supply / demand alignment of adpro, giveaways, printing of promotional materials and it replenishment
To receive, compile information including specifications from sales & marketing and forward to the vemdors for printing of artworks
Ensuring the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment new vendor development, price negotiation with vendor, PO releasing, material delivery and payment procedure
Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance
Contact suppliersto resolve a missed deliveries, short shipments and pricing discrepancies
Reviewing the performance of the supply chain and identifying areas that can be improved
Coordinating with marketing & sales department to fulfill the marketing & promotional requirement as per their customers needs
Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company
Optimizing all tasks and processes within the supply chain
Overseeing the arrival of stock and shipments
Monitoring stock levels, ensuring stores have enough stock
Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand
Overseeing the ordering and raw packaging material following
Coasting of the purchases against the MRP on the base of min/max inventory
Reporting extra issues/online rejection of material during the production
Follow up from the staff for arrival of raw/packaging, and import material
Organizing work activities to achieve business objectives
