Over all I have 19 Years experience with different organizations and constructions companies. I started my professional career in 2001. In My professional career I worked with Catholic Relief Services, HASHAR Associations, Royal buildings, SERVER contractors and Malakand Rural Development Program. I worked in through out the Pakistan except Baluchistan. I have expertise in construction but also worked in soft activities program like Operation and Maintenance Training session, community mobilization etc.

· To implement the CPI’s (community physical infrastructure) by community organization (CO) and Market Committee (MC)
· To conduct different test at sites, slump test for cube of concrete, field density test (FDT).
· Ensure timely and efficient monitoring and evaluation of community infrastructure schemes as per design, BoQ, specification and drawing.
· Ensure coordination of program strategy and implementation systems with community and line departments.
· Contribute to the development of construction standards for Islamic Relief-Pakistan
Conduct technical assessment infrastructure schemes
· All the activities related to program are directly reported to Program Manager. Maintain the record of all the field activities in WASH/Shelter project. To prepared weekly plan, updates and coordinate the program activities with PM. To manage all the field activities in coordination with PM and other field staffs.
· Supervise technical team and lead all technical activities during the program.
· Work with Program Managers and counterpart(s) in
· Apply criteria for shelters and WASH construction site and beneficiary selection
· Verification of the appropriate standard materials used in Shelters/WASH and other projects.
· With support from the PM and Technical advisor, ensure that implementing projects according to the approved design and parameters;
· Work in close cooperation with all key stakeholders including government authorities, community leaders, beneficiaries, partners/donors organizations, and other providers of emergency relief as well as other IPs of this consortium and NRSP.
· Ensure timely and efficient monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
· Identify opportunities for new initiatives based on the indigenous knowledge of the communities and prepare concept notes/proposals as required.
· Contribute to the development of Project standards
· Assist in the design and implementation of other complementary relief & rehabilitation interventions (including livelihoods, WASH, education, Shelter and emergency preparedness, etc.)
· Ensure coordination of program strategy & implementation systems with other actors, donors, and relevant government agents
· Create learning opportunities for other staff
· Compile project reports highlighting project impact against indicators
· Contribute to field based reports to PREPARED and/or external donors
