Operations and Infrastructure Department
Primary Responsiblities:
• Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results; investigating complaints and suggestions; interviewing process supervisors and operators; completing troubleshooting procedures.
• Manage implementation tasks, including coordination with Core Engineers, commercial carriers, and other service providers on the installation, testing and/or acceptance of infrastructure or services as necessary.
• Provide advanced technical analyses of network infrastructure challenges and problems; develop/identify technical solutions responsive to customer needs.
• Provide overall enterprise level LAN and WAN IP-based infrastructure systems planning, operations and maintenance, and management.
• Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
• Install, support and maintain hardware and software infrastructure according to best practices, including routers, aggregators, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, and firewalls.
• Ensure proper technical field support to all clients according to online ticketing system.
• Support planning and execution of network installations and hardware upgrades.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Assist the Manager in the development of an overall network facilities long-term plan.

Primary responsibilities:
• Respobsible for operations and maintanance and support of country largest Broadband and IPTV network.
• Monitoring, Configurations and troubleshooting of Broadband, IPTV Access Network at Multi-Vendor DSL Multiplexers including Huawei, ZTE and Alcatel.
• Network monitoring as a whole and performance monitoring of whole network elements using mutiple network management tools/software including Solarwind, MRTG and Nagios.
• GPON and VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
• To Provide technical Support to Central Offices/CPEI.
• To communicate with vendors to resolve the issues.
• Reporting network issues to Senior Network Engineer.

Primary responsibilities:
• Responsible for providing smooth services of Broadband and IPTV to the customers.
• Broadband and IPTV archival and deployment.
• Early Broadband and IPTV fault rectifications.
• Responsible for managing and providing backhand support to CPEIs.
• Reporting Business Manager on daily basis about the deployment and fault rectifications.
• Maintaining a good healthy and friendly working environment.
