Successfully launched and developed operations of a new department (Lead Management Department) LMD at TradeKey B2B Business to Business International Sales.
Doing continuous RD and development of the operations of the LMD.
Managing and leading LMD Team and Department smartly and effectively.
Finding accurate Lead scoring criteria in coordination with seasoned and experienced sales personnel and Mangers.
Planning to incorporate the Lead Scoring Criteria with the internal operating System.
Creating such a smart operating system which makes an ordinary Sales Person a smart Sales Person and a Smart Sales Person even Smarter.
LMD Team is responsible for increasing the efficiency of R.G.S. Sales Team and adding Value to (R.G.S.) Revenue Generation by Search Engine Marketing.
LMD is connecting the newly signed up customers daily.
LMD Extracts the most relevant and important information of the customer smartly.
LMD Explore the customer's international business outreach and their strengths and weaknesses.
Adapting such different approaches for creating greater possibilities of sales conversions for the RGS sales department.
Assisting in provision of user training and creating awareness of Trade Key services to potential clients through online communication via chat, calls emails and video conferences.
Also nurturing the leads in the LMD Nurturing unit.
LMD Nurturing unit searches the potential Companies and Buyers through on-line channels and liaise their deals with the assigned leads.
LMD completes the lead scoring and qualifies it for the Sales process.
Forwarding leads to RGS Sales with all important and relevant information with lead Scoring.
Keeping track record of the every forwarded Leads by the LMD.
Continuous coordination with the RGS Sales department ensuring the Maximum Performance output of the sales.
Coordinate internally with other departments for resolution of issues related to any potential lead.

Smartly and effectively manage the International Business to Business B2B Sales and Service delivery process.
Working Online as a Business Consultant for the International enterprises as providing them most effective Tradekey Business Solutions after complete research on their Company Profile, Product, Industry, Trade History and Potential Trade Markets Globally.
Explore the target markets Online, in order to provide the best Trade Key Business Solutions via lead generation, credentials pitching, solution pitching, negotiation finalization of deal.
Recommending Trade Key premium services to potential clients from International region via research and exploring.
Ensure provision of Business Solutions to assigned Cliental and ensure the customer satisfaction up to the Optimum levels.
Search potential Companies and Buyers through on-line channels and liaise their deals with the assigned members.
Keep an up to date Track Record and regular coordination with the Service Department ensuring the Maximum ROI (Returns on Investments) for every Premium Member Registered.
