Over the past 20 years with dedicated work in Maxillofacial Surgery and Public Health, I have developed a strong foundation in strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive project milestones, and deliver high-quality results within scope and budget as evident on my CV. My versatile experience with research projects, field work, and development of clinics, training manuals and training packs in the rural and urban areas of Pakistan allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with complex initiatives. This in turn has help me hone my coordination and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
One of my proudest accomplishments was development of the 25 clinics, development & implementation of the Clinic Operation Manuals and Trainings Packs (these are still used in the organization) and covering majority of refusals in the hard core areas for immunization while working as the Immunization Officer and later as the High Risk Area Coordinator. These experiences have equipped me with the ability to manage community mindsets, develop realistic concepts in the community workers and town offices, managing stakeholders from the union council level to the regional and provincial levels, which I believe would make me a valuable asset to the organization.

As a registrar was performing unsupervised minor - moderate head & neck surgical procedures at the clinic and Health Care Hospital, and with assistance for moderate to major surgeries. There was a great concept of teamwork.
I had vast opportunities to develop my basic and complex surgical skills in minor – major surgical procedures that were performed either under general or local anesthesia. In later year I also started performing minor trauma supervised.
