Job Responsibilities:
Working closely with process chemists and chemicals technicians to ensure maximum output levels and the efficient running of the production facility.
 Attending process safety reviews and making sure that agreed recommendations are adhered to.
 Generating production reports for senior managers.
 Attend progress meetings with other members of the development team.
 Involved in researching ways to develop new and improved chemical manufacturing processes.
 Participating in incident investigations.
 Deciding on the most effective arrangement of operations for mixing and heat transfer etc.
 Providing technical expertise, leadership and direction to various work groups.
 Determine causes of operational problems or failures.

Job Responsibilities:
 Ensuring smooth and safe operations of plants in order to get standard quality & quantity production.
 Managing troubleshoot or abnormal occurrences and advises on most suitable remedy including partial or full shutdown and optimizing operation to ensure minimum disruption to production.
 Supervising the safe and efficient start-up, running and shutdown of process plants and equipment.
 Coordinating with Technical services, Maintenance, Utilities for continuous plants operations.
 Maintaining operations data such as time, production and raw material consumption, and preparing management reports of production results.
 Training of operators and assessment of their progress and efficiency.
 Implementation of safety precautions for the safety of personnel & equipment.
