Ishfaque Ahmed did his education in Petroleum Natural Gas from MUET, Jamshoro. He worked with different companies like SAFECON Training & Consulting PVT Ltd as Training Coordinator. He also worked in AMCORP Engineering Construction Pvt Ltd. as a HSE Engineer. In this regard, he has a great experience to work at grassroots level in Oil, Gas Construction Companies. He also developed all kind of reports similarly project based reports for the Subcontractor, Contractor Client as well as for the Project Client. He has experience in capacity building, project management and administration at different levels. He has attended various HSE trainings arranged by Sub-contractor, Contractor, Client Project Client.
Mr. Ishfaque has organized, coordinated and conducted more than 50 Training events at field site. He has been directly involved in Training Need Assessment, Designing of Training, Training Arrangements and Evaluation of Training. He has conducted various sessions on Health Safety Environment, Effective Communication and Presentation Skills, Community Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, Team Building, Safety Hazards and Etc...
Mr. Ishfaque loves to travel and meet new people, he is inspired by nature. He wants to travel the world and explore his field of interest from understanding different cultures and employee behaviors.
Presently, he is working with SAFECON Training & Consulting PVT Ltd as Training Coordinator.

1. Implementing the Company's policies and Safety Management System, motivating and training of management, office staff and crews in the observation of such policies.
2. Developing QHSE training modules and conducting in-house trainings.
3. Coordinating the implementation and maintenance of an approved and documented Health, Safety and Environment system, in accordance with Company requirements.
4. Monitoring performance and trends, initiating continual improvement activities to ensure compliance with QHSE policies and plans.
5. Planning and managing HSE budget, objectives and resource requirements.
6. Auditing (internally) that all applicable systems, procedures and documentation are in place, and all personnel are familiar and complying with them prior to commencement of work
7. Inspecting that all rig area, plant, equipment, facilities, and vessels are fit for purpose, certified, and suitable in every respect for the safe and satisfactory performance of the Works.
8. Bridging documents related to QHSE policies and procedure
9. Conducting induction training, of all personnel under their control in the safe working procedures relevant to their activities.
10. Reporting risk / hazard / accidents, and taking part in investigation procedures.
11. Preparing SOP's, JSA's and TRA's for various critical and non-routine operations.
12. Conducting daily safety meetings, TBT, Weekly safety meetings.
13. Conducting HSE Drills (Fire Fighting, BOP, Kick and Oil Spill).
14. Inspecting Cranes, Forklifts, vehicles and all other safety equipment.
15. Attending client safety meetings.
16. Communicate HSE Policy and Processes to all personnel.
17. Maintain effective consultation in respect of Health, Safety and Environmental management.
18. Taken responsibility for personal safety and for ensuring work is undertaken using safe working practices.
