Responsibilities
Provide assurance on Roaming and Fixed Voice revenue streams by executing daily and
monthly
controls.
Execute bi-monthly validations of Revenues and Costs in the Roaming domain
Execute monthly validations of partner invoices in the Roaming Domain
Execute controls to mitigate risk of frauds in wholesale services
Track and address customer complaints on the preventive measures taken to curb frauds
Provide daily, weekly and monthly visibility on assurance and the outcomes to the management
Work on ad hoc project and assignment as and when required by the management.
