Operations:
• Manage over all activities of Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning & Safety department.

• Implement a wide variety of engineering solutions to increase equipment availability, increase net operating rate, reduce operation losses, and achieve standard and acceptable production rates.
• Work in KAIZEN teams and to develop TPM culture to sustains and improve Reliability.
• Manage, direct and schedule day-to-day and long-range activities for assigned properties and ensure that all programs and procedures of the staff are being properly implemented.
• Complete budgeting & control for labour, Consumables, Fuel & Power, Equipment maintenance and material costs.
• Develop and monitor appropriate KPI's and metrics of subordinates to support the business.
• Regular trainings of all staff to improve their skill level up and ensure proper implementation of procedures.

Production:
• Make annual business plans and activity plans to guide the project leaders.
• Apply advance techniques of IE to improve the productivity of manufacturing processes.
• Develop, implement and maintain various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.
• Provide input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.
• To workout Lean Implementation and Wastage reduction strategy.
• Ensures all compliance activities are performed.
• Establishes and implements standard manufacturing and material practices.
• Manage capacity/schedules to achieve On Time Delivery and Turn-around Time.
• Builds Lean foundation and integrates Six Sigma/Lean tools to continuously improvement, process yields, and reduce COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality).
• Develops and drives continuous improvement agenda that ensures that productivity and plant/product transition projects are successfully executed.
• Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
• Ensuring that goods are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
Equipment Maintenance:
• Development of TPM culture to sustains and improves reliability, plant operation, maintenance, and systems documentation.
• Analysis of machine stops time through various tools and suggest countermeasures to reduce it.
• Develop & ensure proper implementation of monthly and annual preventive maintenance plans of plant machinery.
• Analysis of plant OEE & Utilization find out the root causes and suggest measures to reduce losses.
• Implement machine ranking system and arrange spares and other things accordingly.
• Maintain and analysis of machines history on quarterly and annual basis.

Safety:
• Training of all JW staff on 6S and ensure its proper implementation throughout the JW.
• Develop work instructions & guidelines to ensure smooth and safe workings.
• Risk assessment and take measures to reduce risk factors.
• Safety audit on regular basis to ensure compliance of all procedures.
• Develop list of PPE required in various sections and ensure implementation to avoid accidents.
Quality:
• Implemented statistical Process control (SPC) methods for quality assurance.
• Control plan formation and implementation with complete analysis of system variations and its controlling parameters.
• Develop and implement PQCT (Process Quality Control Tables) to ensure production as per quality standards.
• Analysis of quality rejections on daily, weekly and monthly basis and suggest measures to reduce quality losses.
• Implement process quality check sheets and ensure production as per quality parameters.
• Regular meetings with customers to get their feedback and make improvements accordingly.
