Operations:
• Manage over all activities of Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning & Safety department.
• Set an appropriate vision for the Manufacturing Technology teams. Develop and implement a vision with appropriate strategies that supports the Technical Operations objectives and aligns with the company business and development programs.
• Identify and manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards for the department.
• Ensure day to day continuous improvement activities result in a continuous improvement in the Site Performance towards the goal of Zero Accidents, Zero Defects and Zero Waste.
• Implement a wide variety of engineering solutions to increase equipment availability, increase net operating rate, reduce operation losses, and achieve standard and acceptable production rates.
• Work in KAIZEN teams and to develop TPM culture to sustains and improve Reliability.
• Manage, direct and schedule day-to-day and long-range activities for assigned properties and ensure that all programs and procedures of the staff are being properly implemented.
• Complete budgeting & control for labour, Consumables, Fuel & Power, Equipment maintenance and material costs.
• Develop and monitor appropriate KPI's and metrics of subordinates to support the business.
• Regular trainings of all staff to improve their skill level up and ensure proper implementation of procedures.

Production:
• Make annual business plans and activity plans to guide the project leaders.
• Apply advance techniques of IE to improve the productivity of manufacturing processes.
• Develop, implement and maintain various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.
• Provide input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules.
• To workout Lean Implementation and Wastage reduction strategy.
• Ensures all compliance activities are performed.
• Establishes and implements standard manufacturing and material practices.
• Manage capacity/schedules to achieve On Time Delivery and Turn-around Time.
• Builds Lean foundation and integrates Six Sigma/Lean tools to continuously improvement, process yields, and reduce COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality).
• Develops and drives continuous improvement agenda that ensures that productivity and plant/product transition projects are successfully executed.
• Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
• Ensuring that goods are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.
Equipment Maintenance:
• Development of TPM culture to sustains and improves reliability, plant operation, maintenance, and systems documentation.
• Analysis of machine stops time through various tools and suggest countermeasures to reduce it.
• Develop & ensure proper implementation of monthly and annual preventive maintenance plans of plant machinery.
• Analysis of plant OEE & Utilization find out the root causes and suggest measures to reduce losses.
• Implement machine ranking system and arrange spares and other things accordingly.
• Maintain and analysis of machines history on quarterly and annual basis.

Safety:
• Training of all JW staff on 6S and ensure its proper implementation throughout the JW.
• Develop work instructions & guidelines to ensure smooth and safe workings.
• Risk assessment and take measures to reduce risk factors.
• Safety audit on regular basis to ensure compliance of all procedures.
• Develop list of PPE required in various sections and ensure implementation to avoid accidents.
Quality:
• Implemented statistical Process control (SPC) methods for quality assurance.
• Control plan formation and implementation with complete analysis of system variations and its controlling parameters.
• Develop and implement PQCT (Process Quality Control Tables) to ensure production as per quality standards.
• Analysis of quality rejections on daily, weekly and monthly basis and suggest measures to reduce quality losses.
• Implement process quality check sheets and ensure production as per quality parameters.
• Regular meetings with customers to get their feedback and make improvements accordingly.
• Implement six sigma techniques to improve quality of the product.
• To construct an FMEA for identifying, analyzing, prioritizing and documenting potential failure modes.
• Preparation of SOP for ISO 9001 certification.

 Responsible for leading, managing and achieving the goals of the organizational Continuous Improvement Program.
 Monitor production output, line efficiency and Overall Plant effectiveness.
 Look after all the maintenance department activities.
 Calculate monthly plant OEE and take measures to improve it.
 Check preventive maintenance status of all machines and suggest any countermeasures required to improve the system.
 Deploy manpower of production and maintenance on different tasks on daily basis.
 Analyse the stop losses and improve by taking appropriate action
 Make Training plan and conduct trainings of 5S, TPM, and other trainings related to process improvement.
 Lead and facilitate cross-functional improvement teams in the Lean & Six Sigma process in a manufacturing environment.
 Identify customer quality expectations and deploy systems and metrics to cue performance.
 Lead & participate in SGA (Small Group Activities) and Hoshin Management improvement activities.
 Work on Hoshin Management & make plan of yearly & quarter basic improvement projects.
 Project champion; identify and manage resources required to successfully execute improvement projects; align projects with Business Unit Operational Excellence targets
 Lead local lean/kaizen and 5S events.
 Solicit, prioritize, initiate and implement to completion process improvement ideas from operational, technical and administrative colleagues
 Communicate organization's progress to stakeholders and leaders.
 Prepare Processes work instructions and PQCT for production department and analyse the time study for improvement.
 Motion and time study of all production processes
 Being a member of ISO team of Sanpak, auditing of various departments of the company.
 Implementation of QSHE system in the production and monitor on regular basis the effectiveness of the objectives.
 Ensure that all the activities in production, maintenance and IE dept. Comply with company QSHE policy.
 Prepare the planning schedule for production with the help of planning department.
 Improve the manufacturing techniques to get high quality products.
 Make and implement plans of HOSHIN Management
 Accountable for promoting and driving a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program throughout the organization and for the succession planning of the all department.
 Train the staff about TPM, VSM and other advance Industrial Engineering Tools.
 Lead all the TPM implementation activities.
 Lead the improvement projects.
 Improve the processes by six sigma, DOE, MSA and other advance lean manufacturing tools.
 Guide the supervisors and other engineers to eliminate MUDA, MURA and MURI.
 Calculate processes Cp and Cpk values and analyse the results.
 FMEA of all the products and processes.
