Managing labor relations program of organization Analyzes collective bargaining agreement to develop interpretation of intent, spirit, and terms of contract.n Handing with all type of CBA matters sitting in negotiations meeting for arriving the settlement with CBA.n Providing Tips to the Management about Charter of Demand while negotiations with CBA in the Settlement.n Conducting the Sessions of Shop Steward, Joint Work Council and Joint Board Management.n Dealing with all type of Legal matters and presenting in the Court Cases on behalf of Management.n Liaison with Legal Advisor, follow up and attend the courts of lawn Advises management and union officials in development, application, and interpretation of labor relations policies and practices, according to policy formulated by the Company.n Arranges and schedules meetings between grieving workers, supervisory and managerial personnel, and BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE, LABOR UNION, to investigate and resolve grievances.n Prepares statistical reports, using records of actions taken concerning grievances, arbitration and mediation cases, and related labor relations activities, to identify problem areas.n Monitors implementation of policies concerning wages, hours, and working conditions, to ensure compliance with terms of labor contract.n Furnishes information, such as reference documents and statistical data concerning labor legislation, labor market conditions, prevailing union and management practices, wage and salary surveys, and employee benefits programs, for use in review of current contract provisions and proposed changes.n Supervising employees and be known as Labor Relations Supervisor.n Dealing with all type of Return related to SESSI, EOBI, and Labour Department.n Dealing with the local Police Station and Dist. Liaison with all Government Agencies ensuring adherence to compliance. n Prepare process timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment Salary slip, leave encashment and full final settlements. n Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality n Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities Maintain and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database, organogram) of each employee. n Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue. n Check travel and tour expenses contractor bills and record in relevant software for timely credit of the amount into employee's accounts n Prepare letters like offer, confirmation, etc., implement and administer performance management process as per the PMI policy and timelines. n Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly. n Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective Managers. n Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization n Keeping records of staff insurance and get it renewed in due time. n Coordinate with consultants candidates for scheduling appointments with the Management team for sourcing n Conduct first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
