• Provided and managed end to end implementation with full support for Oracle Process Manufacturing, Oracle Project Suit and AME.

Dutch LLC, is one of the biggest company in apparel industry. It is having about 20 stores in different areas of USA. I was working as Advisory Consultant on this project for implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
• I was responsible to communicate with client to gather their requirements for ERP system and provide them the best possible solution.
• I developed and improved SDLC methods and managed the iterations of different processes and customized requirement and their delivery on client environment.
• Conducted GAP analysis, solution configuration and shipment of agreed solution to onsite environment.
• I was responsible to manage Off-Shore implementation of SCM (Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory and warehouse management) within limited timelines and with collaboration of onsite team.
