Employed as a Deputy Manager in Engineering Department (Power Generation & Utilities) having equipment & process including Co-Generation, Tri-Generation, Gas Engines, Air Compressors, Gas Fired Boilers, Waste Heat Recovery Boilers, Economizers, Cooling Towers, Pressure Vessels, Overhead Cranes, Equipment Rigging Facility, R.O Plant, Pumping Section from May 23rd 2016 till date.

Position Description;
Plant Maintenance & Engineering Facility Management. Responsible of Equipment Failure RCA (Root Cause Analysis) & JSA (Job Safety Analysis of Critical Jobs), Preventive, Predictive, Corrective & Breakdown Maintenance Plans on weekly, monthly & yearly basis, improving MTBF and reducing MTTR of production machines and enhancing productivity. Lead Progressive Maintenance (PM) Pillar activities in close liaison with the Production team. Maintaining all Capital Assets in top operating condition, Planning Shutdown list, Setting priorities of Jobs, Time Requirements & Production Dept Requirements, General Maintenance, Inspection, Reverse/Re-Engineering Activities, Enhancing Departmental Capacities, assist the manpower by making proper plans for smooth completion of tasks mentioned in work orders, To monitor fabrication and Machining operations for maintenance of Utilities & Production Machines. To support Departmental/Central SD & HSE for improvement of developed SOPs, Work Instructions, standards and execution of departmental requirements. Fabrication Work on Site, Managing Spares Inventory. Job Role Includes Managing Departmental and Contractual Work force, Vendors & Technical Contracts Management, Monitoring Internal & External Work requests, on going Projects having Commissioning & Pre-Commissioning activities, Responsible of Managing and Updating Capital Assets Record, Plant Documentation, Committed to managing Maintenance & Projects flawlessly while consistently delivering desired results, improving efficiency, avoiding business loss and contributing to cost reduction activities.
