Responsibilities & Duties:

Leading design team, directly working with CEO, Business Development Head, and Product Management Group.


Handheld training provided on User Experience and Usability concerns to new-bees.


Implementation of UX Agile Methodology for the design execution process.


Translate design concepts to user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, that guide the development team to a user experience aligned with the users and the business objectives.


Support the implementations and maintenance of the Integrated Management System of the company (QA, Information Security, Environment, Safety and Health at work).


Collaboration with all project leads i.e. development + quality assurance about making sure on project deliverable on time.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Gather information about requirements and find out what needs researching and designing.


Understand qualitative research methods.


 Have an awareness of costs and budgets.


Be involved in sketching, prototyping and on occasion user testing, before passing the design onto the development team.


Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including web developers and programmers.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Working directly with the product owner and stake-holders to carry out the best user response on pre-existed ERP.


 Facilitating collaborative UX design sessions with team members.


 Produce complete deliverables including use cases, lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes, in-depth interaction design, information architecture and flowcharts to communicate product requirements


Building a living design system to define styles, guidelines and UI elements & components.


 Creating an understanding of the current state of app technologies and best practices.


 Think conceptually, yet you also love to sweat the details.
