Money Market Settlement Officer Treasury OPS (Back Office)

Job Responsibilities
Ensure that all Money Market transactions are settled and payments are made and received in due time with accuracy.
Finance and accounting work, calculating and posting of coupons, accruals etc.
Daily review of accounting entries.
Coupon collection and maturity letters of Govt. securities being sent well in time to Central Bank.
Ensure that proper controls are in place for all settlement processes.
Handling all the operational work of RTGS and Depo/X Systems of SBP efficiently and effectively.
Properly maintain all Deal tickets, Deal contracts, counter parties confirmations.
Daily reporting of Investment Position to H.O Fund management to front office.
Daily reporting of Money Market Deals on MMCRS to Central Bank.
Daily reconciliation of current account with SBP and Monthly with other Commercial Banks.
To ensure all incoming RTGS payment credited to concern branches on daily basis
