Electrical Inspector
Electrical Inspector 
* Engineer Associates Consultant Karachi .
* Project : Pakistan Housing Authority Quetta Kuchlak.
* Responsibilites .
a) Site inspection , inspection and installation of switchgear ( Designed for feeding
1460 houses ) approval of the electrical items .
b) Review the design drawings and executing the electrical work as per drawings .
c) Review BOQs , inspecting the layout and wiring of the all buildings .
d) Inspections of Distribution Boards , Panels and Cables .
e) Worked on all packages and variations of internal electrical, water supply, sui gas
and sewage system of building apartments and houses as per drawings.
f) Project Estimate .
g) Checking the Bills ,RARs .

* Snr Tech , SDO E&M
* Key Responsibilities:
* Under the direct supervision of AGE and CMES, I am responsible for monitoring of
Construction of Project at Army Cant  pak Garrison Heydrabad petaro ensure that the
works for the mentioned Centres are done in accordance with all
applicable standards, contract documents, Approved (IFC) drawings &
specifications.
* Responsible for Site visits accordingly and checking quality of on-going works.
* Responsible for reviewing Scope of work, Contract documents, Specifications and
drawings.
* Responsible for preparing Daily & Weekly Site Visit Reports and submit the same to
AGE and CMES office. 
* Responsible for assisting the Contractor for the improvement of Sites.
* Responsible for writing contractual Letters and Reports to ensure that all Site works
must be done according to all applicable quality Standards.
* Responsible for Monitoring for the safety issues according to all applicable health,
safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
* Responsible for maintaining of documentation and official Records.

drawings.

all applicable standards, contract documents, Approved (IFC) drawings &
specifications.
* Responsible for Site visits accordingly and checking quality of on-going works.
* Responsible for reviewing Scope of work, Contract documents, Specifications and
drawings.
* Responsible for preparing Daily & Weekly Site Visit Reports and submit the same to
DDW office. 
* Responsible for assisting the Contractor for the improvement of Sites.
