خلاصہ


  • Maintaining the dyes and chemical stock using for sugar /distillery /chip Board Plant with their shelf life and dept. requirement.

  • Analyzing data to optimize inventory.

  • Identifying and resolving purchase Issue for complete store management.

  • Responsibility of monthly, quarterly, half yearly, annual main store reconciliation for audit.

  • For reconciliation List down & physically verify all item received with User Dept. Demand, Purchase Order, Delivery Challah With Co-ordination of Dept Head.

  • Responsible for Receiving and Lifting Sugar Stock in and out from Sugar Godown / warehouse.

  • Ensure GL system is updated with inventory presented at Main Store /Sugar Godown.

  • Allocate the separate station of finished goods as well as inventory in but approval is still pending or has any kind of issue.

  • Prepare an closing stock report inspection report on very next morning and submit to General manager afterwards.

  • Send the updated report to the relevant department for approval.

  • Collect the previously submitted the inspection report from respective department within two says. If approved prepare GRN  b. If not approved prepare return Note report.

  • Ensure all Issuance have been posted in system at day end.

  • Perform inventory count weekly and all segments shall be completed at month end.

  • Identify expired/close to expire inventory and update to GM Account on priority basis.

  • Identify the risky (dangerous, flammable, edge, poisonous) items and allocate their location with advise of EHS Dept.
