Lead & Supervise the overall operations of Data Support Centre
Coordinate with relevant officials of Health Department to acquire the Tally Sheets timely for Data Entry Operator.
Monitoring Database efficiency. Proper Check & Balance, guidance to staff about Tally Sheets.
Work closely with Program and IT team to build databases.
Perform Database, Windows and Network trouble shooting.
Communicate to Health Department Officials as well CTC regarding issues in acquiring Tally Sheets.
Supervise the Data Entry Operators and Data Verification Supervisors for respective roles and ensure that work according to the requirements.
Data Entry Deadlines are met and the quality aspects.
Supervise and Monitor the attendance and work performance of Data Entry Operators, optimum performance and forms entered per DEO are properly recorded.
Supervise the Admin Support Assistant to ensure that all necessary financial and administrative documentation is undertaken in time to avoid any financial, administrative or contractual issue.
Overall Office Environment remain conducive for working of Data Entry Operators and for the Data deadlines to be met.
Ensure that DEC has all the provision to facilitate the Data Entry and Coordinate with CTC Head Office regarding this.
District Level Data analysis and trending be generated including Tables, Graphs and other data sets as per required by client and requested by CTC Head Office.
Reporting errors in the database to Documentation Officer on daily basis for timely rectification.
Ensure data integrity and security, recover corrupted data, restore data and eliminate data redundancy, including relational databases and servers.
Maintain Important Documents i.e. FGDs (Focus Group Discussion).
Clean the data to remove bad values, correct misspelled names, and make sure addresses have consistent formats or fill in missing values.
Create, maintain and Administer Database and applications.
Assisting in database design & Database Inventory transfer.
Updating and amending existing databases.
Setting up and testing new database and data handling systems.
Monitoring Database efficiency.
Sustaining the security and integrity of data.

Receive inbound/outbound phone calls from all over the country assisting in to facilitate affected by disaster.
Gather callers concerns full filing basic validates for information focal personal to follow up.
Provide beneficiaries with services and information.

Identify, research, and resolve beneficiary issues at real-time.
Follow-up on flood affectees and IDPs inquires which are not immediately resolved.

Make Vouchers, Office Documents Handling, Prepare Daily Activity Reports
Enters, updates and verifies data. and consumption data prints and reviews data entered (e.g., telephone toll records, subscriber information, etc.) to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Maintains data entry formats received from various levels
Run reports after entering data to verify results and review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output

Coordinate with the team of consultants for the arrangements of the workshop / Training.
Assist training coordinators in all their activities.
Arrange logistical support for the required number of workshops.
Ensure the invitation, confirmation and participation of the trainees.
Arrange payment of honoraria to the trainees as per approved rates.
Ensure that all the training materials and required stationary are made available when ever required.
Make other necessary arrangements including meals / tea for trainees.
Distribute certificates among the participants as and when required.
