• Inspect the activities as per Approved QIPs & project specification.
• Generation of punch list.
• To make arrangements for NDT activities.
• To check the fit up and welding as per process piping B-31.3
• Inspect the all erection of structure, pressure vessel, heat exchanger, boiler, columns, and pipe racks.
• Erection & Fit-Up inspection of piping and fitting as per approved drawing (CS, SS & Alloys).
• Visual Inspection of Welding piping joints (CS, SS & Alloys).
• Inspection of underground & above ground RTR & FRP/GRP piping.
• Review and witness of MTC, materials and calibration certificates.
• Worked in Quality department during the project run and was responsible for NDT (MPI, DPT, UT Thickness Measurement, and Hardness Testing & Hydro Testing), Sand blasting & Painting & Insulation.
• Inspection of insulations and structures and calculate the area.
• Preparation and witness of hydro testing and flashing and its arrangement as per project procedure.
• To undertake the preparation of final handling over dossier and maintain proper filling system (as per Company procedure) with full traceability for retrieving the documents.
• Coordinating with all the contractors and suppliers. Coordinating with the Commissioning and Operation teams for the handing over of the refinery for the commissioning and start-up.
• Ensure Contract expenditure values are within the approved values. Preparation of Invoices for Payments.
Work in line with the HSE standards/policies put forth by the company, at the same time developing awareness amongst contractors to maintain high safety standards while keeping up with tight schedules.
