Verification and enrolment of BISP beneficiaries in the programme through an android application
Refer beneficiaries i.e. PBW to the medical doctors for authentication and anthropometry and ensure the compliance of required services as mentioned in the programme protocols
Ensuring compliance of the enrolled beneficiaries in the program through an android application.
Ensure that the required set up of enrolment and compliance desks at their health facilities are in place.
Liaise in a timely manner with the health facility staff engaged/involved to ensure maximum integration in the implementation package i.e. immunization, ANC/PNC etc.
Ensure that the eligible beneficiaries for registration are guided properly in order to efficiently avail the available services and related compliances linked with cash transfer and SNF distribution completed
Assist, coordinate and supervise activities related to the enrolment and compliance verification process.
Ensure to maintain referral mechanism established between community, FC and CMAM as per need.
Keep the active liaison with WFP district team.
Attend the meetings at the HF with the LHWs and other field staff,
maintain all the relevant record manually and equipped her/himself in programme protocols
Provide overall supervision and technical oversight at the FC and guide the staff and beneficiaries
Facilitate in preparing the monthly SNF supplies distribution plans and execute distribution as per caseload of BISP beneficiaries in the concerned health facility.

Manage the stocks at the FC level, do the stock count on daily basis at close and opening of business
Ensure compliance of the record in system prior to the distribution of cash and SNF.
Implementation of Mobilization Activities
Participates in need assessments, Participatory Rural Appraisals, feasibility studies, stakeholder analysis and community consultations
Liaises with Governmental and non-Governmental Agencies.
Supports the development of agreements and MoUs with community based organizations or other civil society groups.
Elaborate all needs based inputs and all other activities according to the objectives of the programed and the beneficiary involvement strategy of ACTED.
Mobilizes the community in the effective use of the community resources.
Mobilize communities for the prioritizing of recovery activities and strategies.
Facilitates the capacity building and setup of representative community committees (steering committees).
Identifies unskilled and skilled Cash For Work beneficiaries in close cooperation with the steering committee.
Ensure, through daily dialogues and consultations that the strategy of the projects and the commitments of the various stakeholders are adhered to.
Responsible for mainstreaming gender
Maximize beneficiary contribution.
Participate in NFI distributions whenever required.
Supports in the development of IEC materials for all activities implemented.
The Senior Community mobilizers should develop in-depth knowledge of all their villages of intervention and should have close contacts with community leaders, volunteers, and activists.
Support and supervise daily skilled and unskilled workers / project volunteers and give them useful instruction regarding their work improvement, through coordination with the relevant skilled staff
Providing technical guidance, training and support to individuals targeted by each project in line with the programme strategy and intended outputs
Liaising with programme staff of other ACTED teams to ensure that information is shared and that lessons learned are developed.
Supervise the unloading of the material on site as well as quality and quantity of the items.
Conduct Behavioral Change Communication (BCC) sessions regarding health and hygiene, PATS approach and CLTS, SLTS methods and conduct sessions on health and hygiene,

Manage all water, sanitation, and hygiene project implementation, ensuring that activities are relevant, efficiently implemented.
Conduct session on Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) tools implement methods of PRA such as transect walks of open defecation areas, and do F-diagram sessions with targeted communities,
